Brandi Couey is full of life and joy despite the heartache of losing her son Cole in a horrible car accident on his way back to Georgia Southern. Being a high school teacher is her job and her passion. She loves reading, playing pickleball, hiking, kayaking, or anything on the river, and going to the beach. She does not like cold weather, mayonnaise or eggs. Together, she, her husband Brad, and daughter Annie began the Cole Couey Foundation, encouraging people to “Be someone’s Cole”.
